Given the opportunity to open the salon in 2007, Julia and Brittany haven't looked back!! Thanks to a loyal clientele, we now have 8 certified hairstylists, 2 esthetician, and in March 2010, moved our shop to a bigger and better location! We are happy to offer an array products and services from hair, to skin care, tanning, makeup and everything in between! At Julia & Brittany's our mission is to give our clients the best experience possible! Because our industry is always changing, we believe that updating our skills is essential to provide our clients with the latest trends and services. CANCELLATIONS We ask that 24 hours notice be given if you need to change or cancel your appointment with us. For a cancellation with less then 24 hours notification, clients may be charged 50% of the appointments fee. We understand that giving 24 hours notice is not always possible, and in cases of illness, etc. exceptions may be made.... LATE ARRIVAL If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment will be rescheduled, and you will be charged a 50% fee. Please be considerate of our time. MISSED APPOINTMENTS For missed appointments, you will be charged for the full service. In the event that you miss an appointment, you will be required to pre-pay for future bookings. Please understand that we are a busy salon, and could have booked someone else in your place. PRE-PAID APPOINTMENTS Pre-paid appointments are non refundable, unless 24 hours cancellation notice is given. If you do not cancel your appointment, a refund will not be issued and your appointment will not be rebooked, forfeiting this payment. In some cases, such as colour corrections and long appointments, you may be asked to put down a 50% deposit. RETURN POLICY If you are unhappy with a product it may be returned, for store credit, or exchanged within 2 weeks of the purchase date. If you are unhappy with the service provided please let us know within 1 week, and we will correct it, in most cases, at no charge. LICE If you or your child comes in with head lice, we will be unable to perform the scheduled service and a fee of 50% of the service will be charged. Please check your school aged children before you bring them in. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS If you would like us to bring in an item that we do not usually stock, we will require that you put down a non-refundable deposit of approximately 50%. The deposit will be used towards the purchase of the item. If you decided you no longer want the item, you will forfeit your deposit. CHILDREN As a courtesy to others in the salon, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed atmosphere, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your child at all times. For safety reasons, please do not allow them to play on or with the styling chairs, or anything else at the stations. If something gets broken by your child you will be responsible for replacing that item.
